Rainbow Commons Turnaround


The Challenge: An out-of-state investor purchased "Rainbow Commons," a 25,000 sq. ft. Office and Retail center in Las Vegas. The property had been self-managed by the previous owner and was suffering from neglect.

  • Vacancy Rate: 40%
