Originally founded in 2001, Key Property Management, LLC is a full-service real estate firm specializing in property management and investment services. We offer investors innovative and customized programs that translate into measurable results.
Our high tenant retention rate averages over two and a half years per tenant and our low vacancy rate is less than 1% annually. With over 1600 single-family homes and condominiums, we manage more single-family investment properties than many other Las Vegas companies.
