Our Inspection Process

We don't give the new tenant a key and a form to complete. All new residents are required to attend a move in inspection at the property that is digitally recorded with photos and signed for. Our inspections are detailed and photographed using a 360 degree camera so all spaces of the home are visible.

Save up to 50% on traditional maintenance costs through our local network of trusted vendors. We are on call for any emergency or maintenance issues reported by the tenant. We attempt to troubleshoot the issue with the tenant before sending vendors and seek approval if over the threshold limit. Unlike others, we’ll NEVER mark up a part or labor cost. Our owners have saved thousands on expenses like an HVAC replacement.
HOA Issues
HOA Coordination
The majority of homes and condominiums in the valley are under some sort of common interest community and governed by homeowner association rules and regulations. From time to time, these HOA's will send a letter or violation notice. We employ a full-time HOA coordinator to coordinate between the association and the resident.
