Resident Benefit Package

As an added benefit to leasing through Key Property Management, you are provided the following services for a small monthly fee on registered properties: Renters Insurance, Resident Rewards, Credit Building, $1M in Identity Theft Protection, Filter Delivery Service, and a Move In Concierge. These additional services are provided at a small monthly fee and through Second Nature.
